In an innovation ecosystem, accelerators play a key role, not only in helping start-ups succeed in growing up, but in establishing links between start-ups and corporates or investors.

S2B Tech4Climate and Start4Big are two initiatives participated by Aigües de Barcelona, the SUEZ local company providing water services to the Barcelona area. Go Seeds has been involved by supporting Aigües de Barcelona in evaluating the start-ups in the selection process that took place during May-June 2020.

S2B Tech4Climate is the investment and acceleration program for startups in the field of sustainability and the environment. Aigües de Barcelona, Fundación Repsol, Griñó, Nestlé Spain and Ship2B select the best startups to incorporate them into the program.

Start4Big is the first cross-sector open innovation initiative in Europe driven by Aigües de Barcelona, CaixaBank, Naturgy, SEAT, and Telefónica, looking for the best start-ups to develop solutions to shared business challenges.

Both initiatives are contributing to the scouting of start-ups for the Go Seeds program.
